July 13-15th 2018
We are creating a movement to support the evolution of men, and the social and cultural stigmas that shape us.
This retreat is designed to provide a tranquil and transformative experience exclusively for men to reflect, connect and evolve in a community setting. We are building a brotherhood of men empowering each other with a foundation based on the 5 main yoga practices of exercise (Asana), rest (Shivasana), healthy diet (Ahimsa), breath (Pranayama), and positive mindset/meditation (Vendanta and Dhyana). Our approach is rooted in the power of yoga, mindfulness and positive psychology.

Meals: “In The Road: Vermont Street Food” Chef Spencer Cone’s Gourmet Mobile Kitchen.
Before returning home to his native Vermont, Spencer worked in top Manhattan kitchens learning the tricks of the trade, honing his craft, and getting to experience a wide range of cuisines. Based out of rural East Topsham, Vermont, Spencer’s main goal with “In The Road” and food in general is to return cooking and eating to a place of loving intention. Not catering to what is “in” but rather to what is in all of us. When we cook food at “In The Road”, we are simply presenting the best ingredients nature has to offer while spinning them into a artful alchemical dance. Food is the ultimate medicine and in that sense this food truck is the ultimate pharmacy.
