Awaken to your true nature as we unite for a weekend filled with activities and events to rejuvenate and heal your mind, body and soul. Get away from the hustle of every day and retreat for a weekend with some of Vermont’s most gifted healers and practitioners at the Vermont Be True Yoga Festival August 4-6, 2017 at Milldale Farm Center for Wellness. Become the force that changes the world. It starts with you, it starts with Us, it starts with LOVE. Come be a part of the spiritual evolution through the practice of Yoga!

Milldale Farm Center for Wellness is hosting the first annual Vermont Be True Yoga Festival in Fairlee, Vermont, tucked away in a magical valley on a lush and bountiful farm, surrounded by tranquil healing nature and open skies. Escape, experience and explore all that Vermont has to offer. This event will be a two day/two-night fun filled event offering a full curriculum of yoga classes, meditation, music, wellness workshops and services, inspirational speakers, mindfulness hikes and walks, paddle boarding, mountain biking, horseback riding, tent camping and more! This is a chance to make life-lasting connections with others, make a difference and to reconnect with yourself.

This event will help develop and expand the mindful/wellness community while Milldale Wellness Center brings yoga and wellness to all levels of need in a safe and sacred space to retreat, to celebrate love, unite, and be wellness. Proceeds will help rehabilitate our barn for a sacred space to better serve clients and our community. We are collaborating with local businesses and Vermont’s finest practitioners, creating a united front promoting change, love, unity and the great state of Vermont; Bringing awareness of the benefits and availability of yoga and wellness practices for our future and how they can change this state, country and the world.

This event brings together a healthy diverse atmosphere filled with amazing people, small businesses, yogis/yoginis, practitioners, and love. Sunday will be a family day offering kids yoga classes. Yoga classes will be a diverse range meeting all people’s needs and levels, including beginner to advanced classes; some classes with specific concentrations for stress reduction, women’s empowerment, men’s yoga, addiction and recovery and much more.

Some activities at this event are not included in the ticket price such as food, horseback rides, paddle boarding, some workshops and body healing practices will be an extra fee. We will have a variety of food trucks bringing local fun food to the event to offer a diverse and delectable experience. Tent camping will be available in full event ticket price, hostel style barn cots, camper parking and Airbnb rooms will also be available for additional fees but limited in space. Children under 12 are free for this event but must attend with parents/guardians! All those under 18 must be chaperoned throughout event by an adult/parent/guardian. This is a family friendly event but we ask to keep your pets at home, thank you.

Tickets will also be available at the event boxoffice the day of the festival. Please bring proof of purchase and valid ID to box office to receive event and camping wrist bands for entry during the day of the event.
